CLIMAVORE Stations are platforms to expand the long-term development of projects initiated by Cooking Sections. Established to keep researching, exchanging, and engaging with new ideas, species and seasons on the ground, they support Becoming CLIMAVORE—a network advancing the transformation of menus in response to the climate crisis. Each CLIMAVORE Station works in three main ways: Relearning (oral histories, pedagogies and apprenticeships), Regrowing (cultivating food ecologies), and Rebuilding (making materials from food waste).
